sync-writes NcFTPd general.cf file configuration
Don't forget to restart NcFTPd after modifying the general.cf file.

This option controls whether synchronous writes to disk are used (such as the "sync" command, or opening a file with O_SYNC.). By default normal (asynchronous) writes are used, and it is unlikely you should ever need to use this option, as it would cause severe performance degradation. It may be needed for some rare NFS configurations.
