ls-hide-inaccessible-items NcFTPd general.cf file configuration
Don't forget to restart NcFTPd after modifying the general.cf file.

This option lets you omit files from directory listings that the currently logged-in user cannot read or write, and directories that are not readable, writable, or traversable. If the item is owned for grouped by the user, then the item is kept in the listing, regardless of permissions.

This option is better suited for aesthetic purposes, such as hiding files that would confuse the user, rather than as a security measure. Users can still use other FTP operations to attempt to manipulate files that were obscured from listings, although the permissions will most likely deny the operation.
