If you want to print a message upon a new incoming connection, set welcome-message to the name of the text file to display. This file can be used to tell a user about the site before they choose whether to login or not.
This file is no longer loaded once when NcFTPd starts up. You can make changes to it at any time and have the changes immediately take effect.
