u-vquota NcFTPd general.cf file configuration
Don't forget to restart NcFTPd after modifying the general.cf file.

This controls whether NcFTPd should enable the virtual user disk quotas which are set in NcFTPd password databases.

Since a user must have a quota set explicitly, the only purpose of this option is to set it to no so you can temporarily disable quotas for all users. Therefore, you should leave it at the default setting of yes.
