log-owner NcFTPd general.cf file configuration
Don't forget to restart NcFTPd after modifying the general.cf file.

Using this option and the log-group option, you can set the ownership and group for newly created log files and directories.  You may specify either names or UIDs.  The default owner would be the root user.  Also of interest may be the log-umask option, which lets you tune the permissions for new log files and directories.
